During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks and mailboxes. But don't worry, it is simple to harden your balm or butter back to it's former glory.
Simply let the product sit over night in a cool place, or you can place in the frig for a 15 minutes, then take it out and stir then place it back in frig for about another 15 - 30 minutes.
